For 16 years, while at Moody's Analytics and its predecessor Reis, he worked with top-tier clients in the financial markets and the public sector, resolving issues around the interpretation of real estate data and analysis. He also led a multi-week commercial real estate briefing and certification series for internal stakeholders. John is credited with developing effective ways to help institutional investors understand complex matters of commercial real estate valuation.
